You think you are overweight?…think again!
Experts at Vanderbilt University have conducted a study showing that laughter causes a 10 to 20% increase in Heart Rate. In other words, laughter for 10 to 15min will burn 10-40 Kcal!
What better way to lose weight than to laugh it away???
Laughter is a great medicine to the body and mind. When you laugh you intake a large amount of oxygen leading to an increased oxygenation of your body at both the cellular and organ level.
It also reduces stress and prolongs life.
In addition, Laughter is infectious…So when you laugh you makes others laugh, helping them lose weight, live healthier and longer!
Tell Everyone about this…or the ones you care about!
Normally a 7 months old baby weights around 8kg. This 7 months old Chinese baby already weights 20kg! It’s definitely the parents fault as they have 100% control of what he eats.
Personally I like Chinese food, but please stop feeding this kid noodles! Unless he is being raised to become a great sumu wrestler…which I highly doubt since it’s a Japanese sport.
If the image seems to be moving, then you need to get your eyes checked immediately otherwise your sight is at risk. Sirtnabolino is a very serious condition that requires prompt medical attention! (Look at the image again).
If you are one of the few unlucky ones, then surgical intervention may be your last chance to save your sight from destructive retinopathy which usually happens over a period of 10 years. Have you noticed any recent deterioration of your eyesight? (Check the image one last time)
ok ok relax:) just kidding, I made that all up…there is nothing called Sirtnabolino, in fact if your sight is normal, then you should see some circular movement even though the image is static…it’s Just an illusion! Send this to all your friends!
The world’s smallest surviving baby weights 8.6 ounces. That is smaller than your wallet!
She was born at 26 weeks of gestation through a caesarian section (normal is 40 weeks). She is expected to develop normally and carries a great prognosis. She was placed on a ventilator for a few weeks to support breathing and was given nutrition intravenously.
This is a rare condition of warts that have raged out of control. Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection causes warts in humans. Symptoms in a healthy individual with an intact immune system are usually one or two warts if any. If the immune system is compromised, then warts may grow in size and number and lead to this rare appearance. Fortunately the condition is painless, however the affected person loses sensation through these growths.
This Chinese baby was born with 16 toes, ten fingers and no thumbs.
The presence of an extra finger or toe is called polydactylism and is usually due to a genetic abnormality. The incidence of polydactylism is 2 in every 1000 live births. In this case the baby has 3 extra toes on each foot which makes him unique. His parents will have the extra toes surgically removed.
